<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the fuel consumption rate and the running stability so as to be compatible with each other in a vehicle in which wheels driven by an engine are independent from wheels driven by a motor. SOLUTION: A drive control device comprises first wheels 6 driven by an engine 1, a generator 13, a motor 7 operated by electric power produced from the generator 13, and second wheels 11 driven by the motor 14. Whether the second wheels 11 should be driven by the motor 7 or not is predicted, and if it is true, the generator 13 is operated so as to cause the motor 7 to drive the wheels 11.</p> |
