PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle stock tool usable as a waste bag by providing, on a support bar, a stock part capable of suspending a plurality of housing bags and an opening extension part having a hook means for hooking the opening edge of the housing bag to hold the housing bag in the opened state. SOLUTION: When a housing bag 50 is mounted on a stock tool 10, both edges of a support bar 30 removed from a fixing plate 20 are inserted to right and left support holes 52 of a plurality of housing bags, respectively. Both ends of the support bar 30 are inserted to the mounting holes of the fixing plate 20 and fastened and fixed thereto by nuts, and the stock tool 10 is attracted to a metallic wall surface by a magnet. When the housing bag 50 is laid in the opened state, the vicinity of the center of the front-side opening edge 51 of the housing bag 50 at the top of a stock part 33 is held, drawn to this side, and pulled to an opening extension part 34 so as to extend the opening. A hook arm is hooked on a hook hole 54 on the front side. The housing bag 50 is thus held in the opened state so that waste can be put therein.
