PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reutilize shredder dust by granulating it. SOLUTION: This device has a pretreating part for removing iron and non-ferrous metal, a small shredder, an air classifier 19, a high-gauss magnetic separator 2, first, intermediate and final cutter mills 3, 4 and 5, a final sieving machine 6 and the like, in the processing order. The dust is treated by these and finally granulated into <=2.5 mm size and 2.5-7 mm size. Consequently, the dust is first crushed small by the small shredder, stainless steel, if any, is magnetized, iron and stainless steel are almost completely removed by the high-gauss magnetic separator 2, and the dust is efficiently granulated without damaging the cutter mills 3 and 4.
