PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent action on a circuit board and to easily detect the presence or absence of fraudulence. SOLUTION: A base plate 16 fitted with a circuit board 17 and a cover body 18 are fitted together with the support piece 22 of the base plate 16 and the upper wall of the cover body 18 overlapped, and a small square window 38 penetrating the support piece 22 of the base plate 16 and the upper wall of the cover body 18 is bored. A surrounding frame 47 surrounding the small window 38 and bored with a through hole 47b on a lower end wall 47a is provided on the inside of the support piece 22 of the base plate 16, and a column section is integrally extended from the central tip piece section of a head section 43 provided with three tip piece sections in parallel at slight gaps (d). A fitting plate is integrally provided at the skirt section of the column section, and lock piece sections are integrally extended from the right and left tip piece sections respectively. A coupling member 40 having two symmetrical lock piece sections flared in an open angle shape across the column section is formed, the coupling member 40 is inserted into the small window 38, and the head section 43 is visibly protruded outward from the through hole 47b of the surrounding frame 47.
