PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unfair act to exchange a chip mounted on a control board stored in a control board storage body as far as possible. SOLUTION: A control board setting claw 30 and a control board insert fixing part 31 are equipped on the side of an upper lid 20a comprising a frame member 20 and a see-through plate 22. The control board 23 with a chip 24 faced to the upper lid 20a side is engaged and ratained by the control board insert fixing part 31 and the control board setting claw 30 to prevent the upper lid 20a and a lower lid 21 from being forcibly separated and the chip 24 from being unfairly exchanged.
