PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily obtain skin beautifying and slimming effects by providing a means for generating high frequency radio wave inside a beauty mattress. SOLUTION: The beauty mattress consists of inner stuffed cotton 6, an inner cloth 5 arranged to enclose the stuffed cotton 6 and a side base material 4 disposed to enclose them, fasteners 1a are arranged in the both side parts of a center part and a high frequency radio wave originating mat 2 is made to be insertion possible in the inner stuffed cotton 6 in configuration. Besides, a controller for supplying a current to the originating mat 2 is arranged in an outer part. The originating mat 2 is constituted by incorporating an electric wire 2b where the high frequency current is made to flow, which is supplied from the controller 3, in a thin bag body consisting of an insulating cloth 2a. The current flowing in the electric wire 2b is originated from the electric wire, propagated to circumference owing to being a high frequency and transmitted to a sleeping person. It is favorable to be 50 k to 100 kHz as the frequency for obtaining the smooth skin obtaining and weight loosing effects. The cloth 2a prevents the current flowing in the electric wire 2b from being leaked to the outer part.
