PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed cosmetic container which improves the packing property of cosmetics, enables mass production by reducing the number of parts and improves usability by widely exposing the housing part of the cosmetics at the time of use of the cosmetics. SOLUTION: An outer cap 30 is freely openably and closably and pivotally fitted via a hinge 3 to the rear end of a container body 10 having the housing part 12 and the front end is provided with a hooking means 5 for holding the container body 10 and the outer cap 30 in a closed state. A tray frame 50 integrally formed with two housing parts 52 and 53 lining up on the right and left and a release operation part 68 of the hooking means 5 is fitted to the housing part 12. An inner cap 70 which seals one of the housing parts to hold the inside in the hermetic state is attachably and detachably mounted at the tray frame 50. An inner cap housing part 56 is housed in the aperture 9 on one side wall formed of the container body 10 and the outer cap 30.
