PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sweet composition capable of supplementing the lowness in sweetness of a trehalose, improving the quality of the sweetness and imparting a better sweetness to an orally used product such as a food or a medicine by including a sucralose and the trehalose. SOLUTION: This sweet composition contains a sucralose such as 4,1',6'- trichloro-4,1',6'-trideoxy-galacto-sucrose and a trehalose such as α-D- glucopyranosyl-α-D-glucopyranoside. The formulating ratio of the sucralose with the trehalose is preferably 500-5,000 pts.wt based on 1 pt.wt. of the sucralose and the sweet composition is preferably used for a food. |
