PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive apparatus for producing bean curd capable of producing the tasty bean curd of fine texture. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing bean curd is capable of making a mixture liquid of a bittern with a soybean milk poured into a coagulating case as a resistor by connecting a body to the coagulating case with electrodes so that the energizing can be obtained, inserting a detecting bar of a temperature sensor into the mixture liquid of the soybean milk with the bittern, thereby automatically performing the coagulating temperature control, etc. so as not to increase the temperature more than that necessary and thereby capable of miniaturizing the apparatus and producing the bean curd of fine texture. |
