<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dyeing skin karatinocyte, capable of judging area and shape of skin keratinocyte in good accuracy. SOLUTION: This method for dyeing skin keratinocyte comprises using one or two or more kinds of compounds selected from a group comprising tannic acid, chromium salts, aluminum salts, glutaraldehyde and formalin as a mordant. Dyeing property of cell structure, especially skin karatinocyte is remarkably improved thereby and the cell can be dyed in good contrast.</p> |
