<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an excellent result while labors can drastically be reduced in comparison with in a conventional apparatus and method. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a refrigerant is injected in a duct 21 by using a refrigerant injection system, oil and fat contents stuck to an inner wall of the duct are instantaneously frozen and solidified, and the solidified oil and fat is peeled off by adding impact to the inner wall of the duct. The peeled oil and fat is collected with a dust collector 61. Dry ice is used as the refrigerant, the dry ice 73 is ejected at a high speed toward the inner wall of the duct 21 from a jet-peeling apparatus 71 and allowed to collide therewith.</p> |
