PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser beam welding equipment capable of supplying a shield gas to a welding part without enlarging a device and conducting efficient and good welding work. SOLUTION: Works W of two sheets are held by a work receiving jig 130 and a clamper 132 constituting a clamper mechanism 128, an inert gas is supplied from a gas supply tube 142 through a gas passage 140 formed in the clamper 132 to a P point of a welding part, in this state, by irradiating the work with a laser beam L, efficient and good welding working are made possible.
