PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve control device capable of controlling the open/close of a throttle valve being energized by different means making a boundary of a prescribed opening in all the opening region with good responsiveness. SOLUTION: A throttle valve controller 20 discriminates whether the throttle aperture TA is lower or higher than the opener aperture OA by means of a region discriminating part 34. Then, the control gain is changed to a value suitable for respective aperture regions or the lower or higher aperture region on the basis of the discrimination result of the region discriminating part 34 by a gain changing part 35. Thereafter, a final controlled variable VPID is calculated by using the control gain after change by means of a controlled variable calculating part 33, and a DC motor 2 is controlled by a motor control part 32 on the basis of the final controlled variable VPID. Thereby, the torque produced by the DC motor 2 becomes an appropriate value in all the aperture regions, so that the responsiveness of a throttle valve 5 becomes good.
