PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting method of a base isolation devise to a foundation in which a concrete foundation can be executed in an equivalent manner to that of a regular method. SOLUTION: A plurality of cap nuts are fitted to a peripheral surface, stud bolts 4 etc., are fitted to a lower side of the cap nuts 3, a short steel pipe 6 fitted with anchor bolts 5 of a base isolation device is supported by a support frame in the position of a bottom surface of the base isolation device on the upper side, a flask of a concrete foundation 2 is assembled, and the concrete is placed therein to build the concrete foundation 2. A non-shrinkable high- strength mortar 8 is placed inside the steel pipe 6, and its upper surface is finished horizontally. The base isolation device is installed on the non-shrinkable high-strength mortar 8, and a lower flange plate 1a is fixed by the anchor bolts 5 of the cap nuts 3.
