PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply to a steep slope ground by hanging a hanger block providing a surface block on the front face of an anchor block lined by a sheet. SOLUTION: An anchor block 2 is set to be embedded on a slope ground 5 by a rear face secondary part 2b. Next, a plurality of surface blocks 1 are provided on the surface of a sheet 3 to form a hanger block A, and prescribed width is exposed between the surface blocks 1 while the sheet 3 extends between the surface block 1 and the anchor block 2. Furthermore, the hanger block A is hung on the front face of the anchor block 2 embedded on the slope ground 5 by the sheet 3. Thereby since the anchor block arranged on the rear face side of the sheet is large-sized and made heavy weight to be embedded and set on the inclined spot, fixing and biting effect for the inclined spot is secured, and surface purpose can be efficiently achieved by the hanger block hung on the front face.
