PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil-cement composite wall, in which a plurality of H-steel core materials of the soil-cement composite wall are unified as the corbels of a post-cast building frame by forming the H-steel core materials in integral built-up steel and which can resist in-plane and out-of-plane force in the same manner as a diaphragm wall, and an execution method thereof at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the soil-cement composite wall 1 and the execution method, built-up steel 4, in which a plurality of core materials are unified, is arranged as a core material for a soil-cement column row 1 and a gusset plate 6 installed to the built-up steel 4 and a mainly mounted beam 8 are combined and the skeleton concrete of main-body structure is placed. To be concrete, a plurality of the H-steel core materials are unified by channel steel 5 stretched among the flanges of H-steel at regular intervals in the built-up steel 4, and the gusset plate 6 receiving the mainly mounted beam 4 is laid on the web surface of the channel steel 5 and the plan of main-body structure is changed and the degree of freedom of the execution of works is attained.
