PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a part of associated air flow with the rotation of bobbins to blow up in the front part of a drafting apparatus guided with a front wall of the suction duct of a pneumatic device. SOLUTION: A pneumaflute 5 is connected to a suction duct 3 extended along the longitudinal direction of a machine frame through a connecting pipe 4 and a suction port is formed at a position corresponding to a thread guide of a yarn Y from the front roller 7 of a drafting machine 6 to a bobbin B. The suction duct 3 is disposed so that its front wall 3a extends along a lifting range of a ring rail 12 in a half upper part of a bobbin thread 11. A shielding material 21 extending along the longitudinal direction is fixed to the ring rail 12. The shielding material is made of a metal plate and fixed to a fixing part 12a of the ring rail 12 through a bolt and nut at the bent up part of its base end. The shielding material is formed so that its tip side leads to the vicinity of the front wall 3a of the suction duct 3.
