PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine cellulose acetate filament yarn capable of giving a soft touch, a wet touch, a hand-holding touch and a swollen touch, when processed into a woven or knit fabric, and capable of being combined with other filament yarns, and to provide a cellulose acetate combined filament yarn with other filament yarns. SOLUTION: An ultrafine cellulose acetate filament yarn having an average single filament fineness of >=0.6 dtex and <1.1 dtex. A cellulose acetate combined filament yarn comprising the blend of the ultrafine cellulose acetate filament yarns and other filament yarns, containing the ultrafine cellulose acetate filament yarns in an amount of 50-90%, and having an interlacing number of >=80 interlaced points/m. The combined filament yarn is obtained by subjecting the ultrafine cellulose acetate filament yarns to a combining and interlacing treatment with the other filament yarns in a state containing a solvent capable of dissolving cellulose acetate in the ultrafine cellulose acetate filament yarns.
