PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problems of the occurrence of contracted vein at the end of an inside cylindrical part, the generation of vortexes and the resultant increase of pressure drop in a preheater cyclone at the time the gaseous flow flowing into the preheater cyclone flows into the inside cylindrical part therein. SOLUTION: This gas flowing inlet end of an inside cylindrical part (outlet piping 5) of a preheater cyclone is provided with a collar-shaped ring (baffle plate) 7 or the section thereof is constituted to an annular shape (ring 8), by which the occurrence of the peeling of the gaseous flow near the inside cylindrical part (output piping 5) is averted and, therefore, the increase of the pressure drop is obviated.
