PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure by which sealing and opening of a pail can be simply performed. SOLUTION: A clamping fitment 15 for the pail and a lid body consists of a structure wherein a support shaft is provided on one end of a cut annular fitment 16 fitted over the edge of the opening of the pail and the edge of the outer periphery of the lid body and with an approximately U-shaped crosssection and a lever 20 is rotatably mounted on the support shaft and an action shaft 21 is provided on the intermediate point of the lever 20 and a link 22 is rotatably connected on the action shaft 21 and another end of the link 22 is connected with another end of the annular fitment 16 through a pin 24. In this case, a through-hole passing through the upper side link 22 and the lever 20 is made on a part where the link 22 and the lever 20 are overlapped under a condition where the lever is laid down and the annular fitment 16 is tightened and a sealing 32 with a binding function is driven into the through-hole.
