PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat-lock mechanism for a motor bicycle, enabling improvement in appearance and operability, cost cutting and theft prevention. SOLUTION: A main switch 18 is placed in the vicinity of the front of a fuel tank 11. A direction extended from the main switch 18 of a seat lock wire 25 connecting the main switch 18 and a seat lock 20 is made generally parallel to a direction in which a key is inserted into the main switch 18. In addition, the seat-lock 20 is installed at the front of the main seat 20. Furthermore, a portion of the seat lock wire 25 extended from the main switch 18 is guided through a metal pipe 26 which looks L-shaped when side-viewed toward the rear of the vehicle. The portion of the sear lock wire 25 guided out of the metal pipe 26 passes through a main harness 27 placed in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle along a main frame 6.
