PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use component parts for wheel tractor and those for crawler tractor in common, by structuring a crawler tractor chassis by mounting a frame for crawler-type travelling apparatus to a wheel tractor chassis equipped with wheels as travelling apparatus. SOLUTION: A transmission case 5 is continuously provided behind an engine 3, and an axle bracket 6 is extended in forward direction from the left and right sides of the engine 3. Further, a differential case 20 is fixed to the axle bracket 6. The engine 3, transmission case 5 and axle bracket 6 are diverted component parts for wheel tractor chassis. An idler 12 is supported rotatably at the rear end portion of a crawler frame 2. A crawler 14 is wound around the idler 12 and a driving sprocket 11 of the crawler frame 2. The crawler frames 2, 2 which support left and right crawler-type travelling apparatuses 1, 1 are attached to the wheel tractor chassis.
