PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the minimum ground clearance, namely, the so-called ground clearance of the undercarriage for a vehicle at a low cost, and to enhance the running property of a crawler tractor and to prevent a final reduction gear coupled to a differential gear from being damaged during running, by providing the final reduction gear within a range of a lateral width of the crawler. SOLUTION: A final reduction gear 19 coupled to a differential gear 17 for distributing a drive power from an engine between left and right crawler type running gear 1, is arranged within a lateral width W of a crawler, a torque is applied from a steering HST type pump 15 to the differential gear 17 for carrying out steering operation. In this arrangement, the steering HST type pump and the final reduction gear are arranged in the front part of the vehicle, and in particular, the HST type pump is arranged in front of the engine so that the input side of the HST pump is coupled to the output shaft 3a of the engine.
