PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device capable of semiautomatically delivering roll paper from a holder. SOLUTION: A delivery member 6 provided with an inclined abutting part 5 extended in an inclined state to abut on the rear face lower side of roll paper 4 held to a roll paper holder 1 so as to be pulled out forward through the lower side of a keep plate 3 is disposed below the roll paper holder 1. The delivery member 6 is supported movably in a vertical direction and energized to move downward by a spring. A push-down operating lever 10 is provided above the roll paper holder 1, and the push-down operating lever 10 and the delivery member 6 are interlockingly connected by an interlocking member. The delivery member 6 is therefore moved upward by the push-down operating lever 10, and the roll paper 4 is rotated and delivered by the abutting action of the inclined abutting part 5 to the roll paper 4 consequent to the upward motion of the delivery member 6.
