The oscillator has first and second voltage terminals for receiving first and second voltages. An input terminal is provided to receive an input current. Two or more differential amplifiers each include first and second FETs with their sources coupled together. The drains of the FETs are each coupled to the second voltage terminal via a load element. The drains of the FETs of one amplifier are connected to the gates of the second and first FETs of the next amplifier. The drains of the last amplifier FETs are connected to the gates of the FETs of the first amplifier, to form a ring connection. There current arrangements for each amplifier, each with third and fourth FETs in series with the first voltage terminal and the common sources of the respective amplifier. Fifth and sixth FETs are connected in series with the input terminal. Seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth FETs are connected in series between the first and second voltage terminals. |
