The coupling has two support surfaces (42, 44) abutting two internal surfaces (47, 50) inside the ends of the two profiles, and two flexible locking parts (24, 30) forming two engagement surfaces (36, 38) that grip against the other two internal surfaces (48, 52). Before inserting the coupling into the profiles, the distance between the support and engagement surfaces is greater than the distance between two opposite internal surfaces inside the end of the profile. As the coupling is inserted into the end of the profile the locking part is bent into a position where the distance between the support and engagement surfaces is equal to the distance between the two opposite internal surfaces. |
