PURPOSE: An EMI shielding device is provided to shield the EMI induced from a PCB by connection between ground lugs and a ground sheet and shield the EMI irradiated or transferred to a front part of communication equipment by connection between fastening screws and the shield sheet, thereby enhancing the reliability and shield performance of products. CONSTITUTION: Ejectors(22) are mounted on both sides of a PCB(10) to dismount the PCB from a frame. A shield sheet is attached to a rear surface of a stiffener(24) mounted on the edge of the PCB to shield the EMI induced to a front part of the communication equipment. Ground lug(34) are attached to both sides of the PCB, and forms a connection circuit between the PCB and communication equipment. A ground sheet(38) is contacted to the ground lugs to shield the EMI from the PCB. Fastening screws fastens the stiffener and shield sheet to shield the EMI.
