AUTOMOBILE DISK WHEEL MOLDING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A molding apparatus for manufacturing a vehicle disc wheel is provided to maintain strength at a top fixing platen with punching a hole of a regular diameter in a center of a product as a part of molding process during product-molding. CONSTITUTION: A moving side die(9) moves toward a center of insert of a moving die(5) and a lower inflow hole of a ram subsidiary cylinder(22) is open. A ram(17) drops by tare of a moving board(92), a space block(4) and a die while through a prefill valve(26) open from an oil tank(27), oil is flowed in mass quantity rapidly into a space formed at the ram and at the inner diameter of ram cylinder(20) for the die to be fixed. Oil(28) is allowed in through a ram boost oil inflow hole(21) to offer a normal combining force inside the ram cylinder(20) and to support the die. A material reheated is transferred to an immediate top of center line of a moving die runner(7) downward of the space block(4). Moreover, a pincer of automation device is widened to input the material into the moving die runner and then an upper injection pressurizing plunger(19) advances into the moving die runner by making action of an upper injection pressurizing cylinder(18) proceed to charge the material in a die cavity. So thus pressurization is accomplished.
