摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing of an LCD device is provided to get a wide viewing angle characteristic and improve an image quality by calculating a gray rate using the first minimum value. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(7) is formed on an upper transparent substrate(5) and a lower transparent substrate(15). An alignment film(13) is formed on the transparent electrode(7) and is rubbed to arrange liquid crystals inside. Liquid crystals are injected between the upper transparent substrate(5) and the lower transparent substrate(15). A liquid crystal injection hole is sealed with a partition(11). An upper and a lower polarized light boards(3,17) are located on an external side of the upper and the lower transparent substrates(5,15). A background light is incident to the lower polarized light board(17) and a refracted light through the lower polarized light board(17) reaches the lower transparent substrate(15). The refracted light reaches the upper transparent substrate(5) in accordance with an arranging state of liquid crystals and radiates through the upper polarized light board(3).
