PURPOSE: A passenger rescue device is provided to save a passenger from a vehicle promptly in breaking a body panel at a vehicle collision. CONSTITUTION: A passenger saving device is composed of restoring airbags(4,5) installed in a steering wheel(2) in a driver's seat of a vehicle body(1) and a passenger's seat of a crash pad(3) to unfold the crushed portion at breakage of a vehicle; an air pump(7) supplying pneumatic pressure to the restoring airbags with connecting to the airbags by a coupling pipe(6); and a power connection outlet(8) supplying power to the air pump in the vehicle body. The air pump is driven with connecting the power connection outlet to a battery of 12V in breaking the vehicle body at a collision or overturn of the vehicle. Air is supplied to the airbags restoring the driver's seat and the passenger's seat through the coupling pipe, and the passenger is rescued from the vehicle with expanding the crushed vehicle body.
