发明名称 METHOD FOR PREDICTING FATIGUE LIFE OF SPOT WELD
摘要 PURPOSE: A predicting method of an endurance life in a spot welding portion is provided to determinately predict the endurance life by analyzing the spot welding portion for a front load and an axial load. CONSTITUTION: A load for a structure, an axial load and a front load are calculated through a finite element modeling. An axial load history and a front load history to be suited for load history data are selected. A load-life curve for a spot welding portion is selected. The axial load history and the front load history are corrected to maximize the calculated loads. A load range and a mean load are calculated by counting the corrected load histories to calculate damaged amounts. The damaged amounts by the axial load history and the front load history are calculated with the load range and the mean load. The calculation is finished when an added value of the damaged amounts is 1.0. A life of the spot welding portion is calculated by the load-life curve according to the damaged amounts.
