PURPOSE: A real-time image luminescence distribution processor is provided to obtain an image luminescence distribution data value in a short time by processing all sorts of data value processed in real time in hardware. CONSTITUTION: A digitizer(11) converts a composite video signal inputted from the external into digital data, and extracts a horizontal and a vertical frequency from the signal digitally converted. In addition, the digitizer(11) generates a clock signal. A plurality of buffers(13-1,13-2,13-3) buffer the digital data converted through the digitizer(11), and temporarily store the data. A comparison unit(14) compares the data values stored in the first and the second buffer(13-1,13-2) among the buffers(13-1,13-2,13-3). A control unit(12) receives comparison result data of the comparison unit(14). A counter(16) counts data value of the first memory(15-1), and transmits the data value to the second memory(15-2).
