PURPOSE: A gas oven range is provided to control an amount of gas passing through gas passing through-holes formed in a plate type packing without coupling any additional parts. CONSTITUTION: A gas oven range includes cokes(13) coupled to a gas supply tube for controlling a gas amount supplied from the gas supply tube, and a plate type packing(23) coupled to the coke and formed with a plurality of gas passing through-holes(25) of different size, wherein depressed count sinking parts(27) are formed around at least one of the gas passing through-holes for preventing clogging of the gas passing through-holes by external force, and the count sinking part are formed at both sides of the packing facing to each other.
