PURPOSE: An indicating instrument is provided to rotate a rotor through electromagnetic force by sequentially supplying current into a coil of a stator. CONSTITUTION: Four coils are installed in a stator(10) at uniform intervals. A rotor(20) as a permanent magnet is installed inside the stator(10). An indicator(22) is installed in the rotor(20). Voltage of +12V is fed to a first coil and a second coil and voltage of -12V is fed to a third coil and a fourth coil. The voltage to be fed into the first coil and the third coil is inverted. The voltage to be fed into the second coil and the fourth coil is inverted. The voltage to be fed into the first coil and the third coil is inverted. Thereby, the stator(20) is gradually rotated by acting repulsive force or attraction on a N pole and a S pole of the stator. The indicator(22) is shown a corresponding value.
