PURPOSE: A DVD(Digital Video Disk) optical pickup compatible with a CD-R(Recordable) having two lenses is provided to mount many objective lenses on one actuator, to be compatible with the CD-R, so as to supply an optical system not-needing a variable iris. CONSTITUTION: Two laser diodes(31,42) individually emit lights having different wavelengths. Two objective lenses(35,36) are located by corresponding to the laser diodes(31,42), and focus each emitted light on each optical recording medium. An actuator(37) mounts the two objective lenses(35,36) thereon, to make condensed spot locations separated with each other, when the two objective lenses(35,36) condense spots on the optical recording media.
