PURPOSE: A hole-sensor assembly of a motor for a washing machine is provided to prevent the penetration of water into a contact part by forming the contact part to be opened toward a side surface and forming a water inflow prevention protrusion over the contact part. CONSTITUTION: A contact part(64) is mounted to be opened toward a side surface under a sensor housing(62). An electromagnetic plate(66) is mounted under the contact part(64). The sensor housing(62) is formed for processing the sensing signals of a hole sensor(68) or supporting the contact part(64). The contact part(64) is opened to the side surface without being opened toward a top side, thereby preventing the entering of water dropped from the top side. In addition, a water inflow prevention protrusion(70) is formed between the sensor housing(62) and the contact part(64) to guide the water downward direction.
