PURPOSE: A fluid filled type mounting device of a vehicle is provided to reduce indoor noise and to travel in constant velocity by efficiently absorbing large amplitude vibration and small amplitude vibration with a first and a second orifice structures. CONSTITUTION: A fluid filled type mounting device consists of a second orifice structure(50) containing a second orifice(52) with a large diameter than a first orifice(37)'s of a first orifice structure(35); a movable film(40) installed at a regular interval with the second orifice structure, with a second entrance(42) communicated with a main fluid chamber(30) and a third entrance(54) communicated with a secondary fluid chamber(60); and a movable film supporter(47) fixing the movable film. Thus, the fluid filled type mounting device absorbs vibration by repeatedly flowing fluid in the main fluid chamber to the secondary fluid chamber through a first entrance(39). In case of small amplitude vibration, the first and the second orifice structures are operated at the same time for smooth fluid movement and a low spring constant is obtained. In case of large amplitude vibration, the vibration of the movable film is more than a gap between the movable film and the second orifice structure so that the movable film is contacted with the second orifice structure to stop the fluid movement. Then, fluid flows between the main fluid chamber and the secondary fluid chamber only through the first orifice structure and attenuating force is relatively increased.
