PURPOSE: An installation method of work plate in a pit is provided to safely and simply install in structure aspect, to enormously save transfer expense and temporary materials cost as well as to reduce work time during withdrawing. CONSTITUTION: During pouring of a concrete wall body(10) defining a pit inside, a burying nut(20) is buried at each specific position. An attaching plate section(32) is attached to the burying nut employing a fixing bolt(31). Integrally attached to the attaching plate section, a connecting plate section(33) is opened with a lower area while extending inwardly. Herein, a fixing clamp(30) made of a clamp section(34) where a pip fitting hole(34a) is formed is attached thereon. And a support pipe is fixed to the pipe fitting hole of the fixing clamp(30). Lastly, a stepping footstep is put on the support pipe to complete the installation.
