PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing dampers is provided to allow for mass production and manufacturing cost by significantly decreasing work procedures, while achieving an aesthetic enhancement. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of placing a pipe to a die and fixing the front end of the pipe to a drawing bench; forming a base body(200a) having a short length; forming a first beading section by drawing the pipe while adjusting a processing member mounted to a die block; forming a groove(204) having a diameter smaller than that of the base body; forming an intermediate body(200b) having a diameter same as that of the base body; forming a second beading section connected to the intermediate body and which has a width larger than that of the first beading section; forming a main body(200c); forming an outer flange(212) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the main body at an end of the main body; cutting a damper(300) into a predetermined size; forming two bolt holes(208) and a single installation hole(210) at the outer periphery of the main body so as to fix a fixation member(12) for fixing a damper flap(18) incorporated into the damper; and fixing a press member(104) into the outer flange of the damper.
