PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing distortion is to eliminate noise of power supplied to a subscriber matching portion of an exchanger or a broadcasting equipment to improve communicating quality, and supply the sufficient power through a diode circuit to the subscriber matching portion. CONSTITUTION: A power input terminal is connected to a collector terminal of a transistor. A base terminal of the transistor is connected through the first capacitor to a grounding portion. An emitter terminal is connected to an output terminal. A resistor is connected between the collector terminal of the transistor and the base terminal. The power input terminal is connected to a cathode terminal of a diode circuit. An anode terminal of the diode circuit is connected to the power input terminal. The base terminal of the transistor is connected to the anode terminal of the diode circuit. The second capacitor is connected between the collector terminal of the transistor and the grounding portion. The diode circuit is comprised of one or more diode connected in serial.
