PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for taking lamps such as a head lamp or a turn signal lamp away from waste vehicles automatically, which can disjoint a large quantity of vehicles easily with reduced cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a fixing holder fixing a head lamp or a turn signal lamp, a removing device separating bolt and screws from the head lamp or the turn signal lamp, and a main body part(2) where the removing device and the fixing holder are fastened removably up and down. The fixing holder includes a head lamp holder(4) and a turn signal lamp holder(8) composed of an air pressure cylinder(7) and an adhesive plate(6). The removing device includes an air pressure socket wrench(12) being moved with the head lamp holder and having a socket wrench capable of loosening bolts fixing the head lamp to the vehicle body and an air pressure screw driver(19) where an operation rod moved with the turn signal lamp holder and hinged with the body part and a screw driver capable of loosening screws fastening the turn signal lamp to the vehicle body are fixed.
