THE HEAT TREATMENT METHOD FOR TUNGSTEN LINE SINTERING ALLOY

PURPOSE: A method for heat treating a sintered alloy by changing tungsten particles having a round shape to particles having an undulating surface is provided, which can change tungsten particles in an irregular shape without pretreatment such as addition of a fourth element to a tungsten based on a sintered alloy or a sintering process. CONSTITUTION: A sintered alloy containing two or more of elements selected from the group consisting of W: 80 to 98wt.% as a main component, Ni: 2.5 to 16wt.%, Fe: 1.0 to 10wt.%, Co: 0.01 to 5.0wt.% and Mn: 0.01 to 2.0wt.% is maintained at 1,000 to 1,300deg.C for 5 min to 1 hr, water or oil quenched, which is repeated 5 to 20 times, resintered at 1,435 to 1,495deg.C for 1 min to 3 hr to change tungsten particles to irregularity in shape.
