PURPOSE: A photosensitive composition is provided to be capable of securing an excellent sensitivity and an excellent pyrolysis property and to have no residue after plasticity. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive composition comprises an electron donor, an electron acceptor, a charge shifting material, a binder, a surface-active agent and a solvent. The electron donor is a derivative of 1,4-diphenyl-1-butene-3-yne (formula 1). In formula 1, X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4 and Y5 are selected from hydrogen, alkyl group, phenyl group, No2 group, OR group, SiR3 group with no relation to each other, and R is selected from H, alky group and penyl group.
