PURPOSE: A batch type natural purifying method of organic sewage and wastewater is provided, which can feed, aeration and settling in a single reaction tank, so that the plant can be constructed in a small area. The defaults caused by using a single reaction tank is solved by recycling activated sludge containing cultured edaphic microbial flora to sedimentation basin, distributing tank and the single reaction tank to react additionally metabolism product and contaminated matter. The dewatered sludge do not cause secondary decompose so that the process eliminates the need of facilities of digestion and deodorizing. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: (i) cultivate excess sludge or recirculated sludge in a cultivation tank (10) for 24-48 hours to make random opportunistic edaphic microbial flora; (ii) recycle 30 % at maximum to sedimentation basin and distribution tank and 70 % to reaction tank (or aeration step) for mixing cultured sludge with raw water; (iii) an alternate operation of anaerobic, aerobic and anoxic for mixing random opportunistic edaphic microbial flora to suppress emerging of solid matter, high efficiency sedimentation, dewatering, prevent secondary decomposition of cake, removal of organic matter and remove nutrient salt; and (iv) the treated water can prevent re-decomposing by antibacterial activity of random opportunistic edaphic microbial flora, and generation of slime and film is suppressed.
