The invention relates to a method called Restrictase Chain Reaction (RCR) for directly detecting target nucleotide or target amino acid sequences or target antigens by amplification of a nucleotide sequence using DNA polymerase, a restriction enzyme and a matrix DNA, on which an initial primer is bonded and amplified. The invention also relates to a kit containing said matrix DNA and the utilization of said kit in medical diagnosis and trace analysis in legal medicine and for analysis related to the environment, food products and medicaments. |
