PURPOSE: A heating mirror is provided to strengthen the tight bonding force between solder and a metal layer as well as to prevent the metal layer from being molten, and to remove droplets on a mirror surface in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A tight bonding force enhancement layer(20) is formed on a transparent glass(10) to enhance the tight bonding force between an electrode and the transparent glass(10). A reflecting and heating layer(40) is formed on a portion or all surface of the tight bonding force enhancement layer(20) to vaporize droplet formed on a mirror surface while reflecting an image on the mirror surface. An electrode layer(30) is electrically connected to the heating layer to apply predetermined voltage to the heating layer. A protecting layer(50) is formed on the heating layer or the electrode layer to protect them.
