MOTOR'S COMMUTATOR PROCESSING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A commutator processing apparatus for a motor is provided to prevent the defect in winding process of a coil and to automatize a chip removing process. CONSTITUTION: A supply unit supplies rotors fed by a working conveyer(4) to a processing position so that an outer surface of a commutator(2) can be parallel to an axis of a rotor shaft, and is operated by the first driver unit. The rotor seated on the processing position is rotated by the second driver unit. The outer surface of the commutator(2) of a rotor rotated by the second driver unit is processed by a processing unit, which is reciprocated by the third driver unit. The processing unit is horizontally transferred by the fourth driver unit when the outer surface of the commutator is processed. Chips generated in the processing are removed by a brushing unit, which is operated by the fifth driver unit.
