PURPOSE: A train wheel cutting device is provided to operate a train safely by cutting both wheels in the same shape precisely and by processing an uneven wheel according to the standard shape. CONSTITUTION: An inlet part having the same shape as a flange of a wheel(1) is formed in a periphery, and the inlet part is friction-turned around the flange of the wheel by more than two driving rollers(21) at least. A driving unit(20) has a supporting body(25) to move the driving roller right and left, and up and down, and a clamping unit(40) has a clamping assembly(41) clamping and releasing a bearing box(2a) of an axle(2) and a supporting member(45) to move right and left, and up and down. A cutting unit(60) is composed of a bite assembly(61) cutting the wheel, a cutting control unit(63), and a tool rest(65) moving the bite assembly and the cutting control unit right and left, and up and down. A sliding rail(80) is installed and separated for cutting the wheel, and moved crosswise on a rail.
