HIGH QUALITY DIAPHRAGM MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SPEAKER

PURPOSE: A diaphragm manufacturing method for speaker is provided to enhance unelasticity and sonic speed by coating or impregnating a cellulose derivative on the surface of a cellulose-based diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: A cone paper is formed using a cellulose-based material. A solution composed of a material for improving sonic features is coated or impregnated on the cone paper. The coating or impregnating solution is formed using a cellulose derivative excellent in sonic features. The concentration of the cellulose derivative is 1 to 40%. At least one granular material is added to the coating or impregnating solution at most 15% to increase sonic speed and elasticity. At most 30% of silica chloride and/or alcoholic plasticizer are added to the coating or impregnating solution to raise the strength of the diaphragm.
