PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for producing carbon fiber composite material by introducing carbon fiber to carbon fabric at a specified angle to prepare a prepreg improved in strength are provided, thereby productivity of carbon/carbon composite material and carbon/phenol composite material can be improved by using the prepreg. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing carbon fiber composite material by impregnating carbon fabrics(1) with highly carbonized resin comprises the steps of: heating the carbon fabric to produce a prepreg(3), laminating the prepreg or laminating resin and the prepreg, and heat-treating, The process for producing the prepreg comprises the steps of: introducing a plurality of carbon fibers(2) into carbon fabric at an irregular angle; attaching to carbon fabric; and impregnating with resin.
